1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes content and behavior that are prohibited on vibbs.tv. It applies to all users, creators, and visitors. Violations may result in removal, suspension, or permanent termination.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not post, stream, upload, or share content that:

  • Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material.
  • Depicts or promotes violence, gore, or graphic content.
  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic.
  • Promotes or facilitates dangerous or harmful activities.
  • Contains misinformation or deliberately misleading content that may cause harm.
  • Constitutes spam, fraud, or scam activity.
  • Involves illegal activity or promotes illegal conduct.
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.).
  • Exploits or endangers minors in any way.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Contains flashing or strobing effects without appropriate audience warning when reasonably likely to cause harm.

3. Health & safety

Creators must not misuse stage effects to endanger viewers. See our Health & Safety policy. We may restrict accounts that ignore photosensitive or safety warnings.

4. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or networks.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Circumvent security measures or access controls.
  • Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, disable monetization, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations. We may take immediate action for serious violations or repeated offenses.

6. Reporting

Users can report content directly from stream pages. If you believe content violates this policy, please submit a report or contact support.

7. Appeals

If your content or account is removed or restricted, you may appeal by contacting support@vibbs.tv. We review appeals on a case-by-case basis.
