1. Overview
vibbs.tv hosts live digital events including concerts, performances, and interactive streams. This policy supplements our Terms of Service for ticket purchases and event access.
2. Ticket purchases
- Prices are shown in USD at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Platform fees are disclosed in our Terms.
- A ticket grants access to the advertised event on vibbs.tv for the period described at purchase.
- Tickets are generally non-transferable unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
3. Cancellations & postponements
- Artist cancellation: If an event is canceled and will not be rescheduled, eligible ticket holders may receive a refund at our discretion.
- Postponement: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket typically remains valid for the new date/time we announce.
- Platform cancellation: If we cancel an event for operational reasons, we will offer a refund or credit where appropriate.
4. Technical issues
- Live streaming depends on internet connectivity, devices, and third-party infrastructure. Brief interruptions may occur.
- If a paid event experiences a substantial failure (e.g. stream unavailable for most of the scheduled duration through no fault of the viewer), contact support@vibbs.tv within 7 days. We review refund requests case by case.
- Issues caused by the viewer's device, browser, or network are generally not eligible for refunds.
5. Tips
Tips are voluntary, non-refundable contributions to artists. See Terms §6.2.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while we investigate. See Terms §6.4.
7. Recordings
Unless explicitly stated, events are live-only and may not be recorded or redistributed by viewers. Artists control whether an event is rebroadcast or made available on demand.
