Note: This DPA applies when you use vibbs.tv as a creator or business and we process personal data on your behalf.
1. Roles
You are the Controller of personal data you provide or collect through the platform. vibbs.tv acts as Processor when processing personal data on your behalf to provide the services.
2. Processing Details
- Subject matter: Hosting, streaming, payments, and messaging.
- Duration: For the term of the agreement and as needed to comply with legal obligations.
- Nature and purpose: To provide the platform features and support.
- Data categories: Account data, content, payment metadata, and communication data.
- Data subjects: Creators, viewers, and platform users.
3. Processor Obligations
- Process personal data only on documented instructions from the Controller.
- Maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
- Ensure personnel are bound by confidentiality.
- Assist with data subject requests where applicable.
- Notify the Controller of personal data breaches without undue delay.
4. Subprocessors
We use subprocessors such as cloud hosting, analytics, and payment providers (e.g., AWS, Supabase, Stripe). A current list is available upon request.
5. International Transfers
Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms for cross-border data transfers.
6. Security Measures
We apply safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit, logging, and monitoring. Details are available in our Security documentation.
7. Deletion or Return
Upon termination, we will delete or return personal data as required, subject to legal retention obligations.
