DMCA notice: vibbs.tv respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how to report infringement and how we handle repeat infringers.

1. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on vibbs.tv infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g. stream URL, username, title)
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Designated agent (DMCA): Pending registration with the U.S. Copyright Office. Once registered, we will publish the agent name and address on this page as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c).

2. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to copyright@vibbs.tv including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which vibbs.tv may be found)

We may restore content in accordance with applicable law after receiving a valid counter-notification.

3. Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. See also our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Creator responsibilities

Artists and streamers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights to broadcast music, video, images, trademarks, and other materials. Do not stream content you do not have permission to use.

5. False claims

Knowingly submitting a false infringement notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.
